Karen has been teaching for twenty years and is Head Teacher of Creative and Performing Arts at Jamison High School where she loves supervising her Music, Visual Arts, Drama & Dance staff. She has taught in six schools, both State and Private and has been immersed in the NSW DET Quality Teaching documents and practice. Karen is a coordinator of and presenter at the HSC Music Study Days in two regions, she is an HSC Music Marker and networks with Early Career Teachers in a number of schools. Her passion is in writing and implementing Quality Teaching and Learning Programs and Assessments.
