phonemic awareness
early reading skills- concepts of print
phonic development
sight words
early writing and spelling
assessment skills and strategies.
Early writing samples will be analysed and discussed to facilitate assessment.

Participants will be given access to their own online teaching space in Moodle where they will be able to develop sophisticated quiz and assignment questions using video, sound and images.
